A conversation, not an interrogation. We want to understand what you're looking for and share what we're building.

Task
A short brief: a few hours, not a few days. We're assessing how you think, not getting free work.

Second interview
Dig deeper into your experience, skills, and approach. You'll meet people you'd actually work with.

Final interview
Meet more of the team. Make sure it's right for both sides. Ask us anything.
Then: Offer and welcome to Aura
